Enter the temple through “Kaminarimon”, the “Thunder Gate” and plunge right into the crowd of ”Nakamise-dori“.

Then, as soon as you enter the inner temple through “Hōzōmon”, the “Treasure House Gate”, you are relived of the crowd. Upon entering the huge open space, you are astonished by the sheer size and beauty of the buildings around you. This temple is jaw-dropping massive.
