Asakusa is more of a “classic” neighborhood. One of the places which are primarily for the ordinary “day-to-day” life of the common people. You can find small shops, food stalls and regular houses. Don’t expect it to be calm - it’s still buzzing Tokyo. There’s an attraction behind each corner and of course the truly magical Senso-ji temple.
